Your privacy is taken seriously.  Any and all of the information collected by Jenene Davies Cosmetic Tattooing remains the property of this business.
You may request access to Personal Information about you that I hold and you may ask me to correct your Personal Information if you find that it is not accurate, up-to-date or complete.

Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety, I do not share Personal Information. If you ask about an issue that needs to be dealt with by a third party, if relevant I will provide you with the necessary details to make contact yourself. 

If you have a concern, you can contact me by email, or send your request or complaint in writing to my postal address. I undertake to respond within 30 days. If I need to contact a third party in regards to your concern, resolution may take longer than your expected time of response. However, every endeavour will be made to respond to your correspondence in an acceptable time.
